Resident Pets
I have three terriers…Princess, a Jack Russell; Bailey, a Cairn Terrier and Aileana, a Scottish Terrier. Since my daughter has left home these are my children, my babies! They each have a stubborn streak a mile long (typical terrier) but each are just as loving as they are stubborn! Princess is a rescue dog and is very needy – she is attached to me at the hip. Bailey is my play girl – she would play 24-7 if she could. And Aileana is my Alpha dog and makes sure everybody (including me) is behaving
I have had dogs all my life and every time I lose one I swear I can’t have another because it’s too painful to let them go…..yet here I am with not one but three! In all honesty I can’t picture life without these wonderful creatures.
What I Enjoy Most About My Job
I love meeting pet owners and seeing that I am not the only person who treats their animals like children!! I love spending time with all the animals….loving them and helping them through the time of their owner’s absence. I love talking to them because they actually listen to me.
Funniest Pet Experience
I had just let a client’s Bichon out in the backyard and I noticed he was watching something very intently. Suddenly it hopped and he hopped…..he was watching a grasshopper and for about five minutes they hopped around the back yard!

Unconditional love. Love and accept each other as we are – put aside your woes, put a smile on your face and be kind to each other. Happiness and kindness are so easy if we would just let ourselves be that way.

During the initial meeting, Ann asked if I would like to receive text updates and I said I would. I really enjoyed these messages while I was away! They made me feel better about having to leave my kitty, knowing she was doing all right. It helped with my missing her to hear about what she was up to. =) I appreciated it very much! I also really enjoyed reading through Ann’s notes upon our return.
